How to use
<How to refill into a bottle>Please be sure to read the label before use. (1) Wash the bottle. Rinse the inside of the bottle with water and dry thoroughly. If water gets inside the pump, it may not foam, so wash it without pressing the pump and dry it thoroughly. (2) Cut the pack. Cut the spout in the direction of the arrow. *Please be careful not to hold the pack too tightly, as the liquid may splash. (3) Pour into the bottle. Fold the pack, press lightly, insert the spout into the bottle, and slowly pour out the entire amount. *Always refill into a used bottle of "Kirei Kirei Medicated Foaming Hand Soap." *If you exceed the refill limit line, you may not be able to press the pump. <How to use>Spread it on your hands and wash them, then rinse thoroughly.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
