How to use
[Toner] Step 1: After washing your face, soak a 500-yen coin-sized amount onto a cotton pad and wipe your face, starting from around your nose and forehead (T-zone). Step 2: Wipe your entire face from the inside out and from bottom to top. Step 3: Gently wipe your neck and décolleté. [Face Mask] Step 1: Place the mask over your eyes and slowly spread it over your face, making sure it fits snugly. Step 2: Wait 5-15 minutes for the essence to be absorbed into your skin. Step 3: Remove the mask and gently massage the remaining essence into your skin. You can wipe off or rinse off any excess essence. [Toner] Step 1: Take a 100-yen coin-sized amount of essence into your palm. Step 2: Rub your palms together and gently press and spread the toner onto your cheeks, working from the inside out. Step 3: Take another amount of essence and gently apply it to your entire face, including your forehead, nose, and around your mouth. Repeat this step as needed. [Cream] Step 1: Massage in an upward lifting motion. Using the space between your index finger and thumb, gently rub your cheeks upward from your chin towards your ears. Then, lightly push your forehead upward. Step 2: Massage your entire face outwards, from the corners of your mouth and eyes towards your ears. Step 3: Gently press with your palms until absorbed.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
