Take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand and apply once or twice a day. <How to apply> (1) Cleanse your hands and the area to be applied before application. (2) Warm the cream by spreading it over both hands. (3) Gently massage it into your skin using the entire palm of your hand, being careful not to rub your skin.
