Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been interested in this for a long time, and finally bought it! I have a lot of thick hair, so I was dissatisfied with the silicone shampoo brush I had been using, as it didn't feel like it was thoroughly cleaning my scalp. This ReFa brush scrubs thoroughly and feels great! The brush is long, so it can reach all the way to my scalp. You can also use it to dry your hair. I wish I had bought it sooner!
It's great for untangling hair and loosening the scalp. However, because the mesh is so fine, it's a little difficult to thread through, but it looks so cute that it makes you want to use it and improves your sense of beauty.
First of all, the color is cute and makes me excited. When I use the brush to pre-wash my hair, it lathers up nicely and feels great. The brush can be hard to reach the scalp on the back of my head, where there is a lot of hair, and it's a little hard to hold. But I think the ring is quite convenient!
