Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

As expected from ReFa! The scent is feminine and I'm used to it and it's great!
I tried it at the Suzykirei store pop-up and it gave my thick, stiff hair a lot of volume, and my dry hair a natural shine and just the right amount of moisture. I usually use a spray after curling, but this keeps my hair natural and doesn't harden, and it smells great too (a nice, young, sweet scent similar to Deoco). I liked it so much that I bought the actual product.
The scent is nice, the packaging is cute, and the staying power is average.
It makes my hair super smooth! I feel like it reduces the damage caused by irons and hair dryers, so I'll definitely be buying it again!
I saw this product at a pop-up in the Suzykirei Osaka store and it caught my eye. I bought it because it looked cute and had softer hold than the Cape. I'm sure the scent is a matter of personal preference, but it doesn't last very long, so I personally didn't mind it. As for hold, my hair tends to lose its curl quickly, but with this product, I was able to keep it in place until the evening. I also like the moisturized finish. It doesn't harden into a stiff curl, so I recommend it for those who want to keep their hair loose and fluffy.
