Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use about two pumps after towel drying (about chest length), and my hair is still smooth the next morning, but it's only average at maintaining its shape against dryness. So, I apply two more pumps when styling in the morning. Since it's a dry season, I think a little more is fine. It's not bad, but one thing that bothers me is that for some reason the area around the cap seems to leak. Even if I wipe it with tissue every time, there's still oil on it when I use it.
