How to Work It Into Your Routine
Use once or twice a week in place of shampoo or treatment (rinse, conditioner, etc.). Wet hair and scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water. Spread an appropriate amount from the scalp to the ends, and massage the entire scalp with the pads of your fingers as if shampooing. * Use a generous amount so that it is evenly distributed throughout the hair and scalp. Leave on for 2 to 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
