Ingredients
L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, tranexamic acid. Other Yuzu ceramide, rice bran extract, peony extract, coix seed extract, soybean extract, hydrolyzed conchiolin solution, hydrolyzed silk solution, cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid bisethoxydiglycol, BG, concentrated glycerin, potassium hydroxide, POE hydrogenated castor oil, HEDTA 3Na solution, POE (20) sorbitan laurate, sodium citrate, citric acid, carboxyvinyl polymer, sodium metabisulfite, dehydrodicreosol, phenoxyethanol, paraben, water.
How to use
<Refill Precautions> Always refill into the "Hadabisei Medicated Whitening Lotion" bottle container. Do not mix with other lotions or water. Before refilling, thoroughly rinse the inside of the bottle with tap water, dry it, and then refill the entire amount at once. After refilling, record the serial number on the bottom left of this bag, or cut it out and attach it to the container. (This information may be required when making inquiries.) <Refilling Instructions> This refill bag is designed to reuse bottles and reduce waste. (1) Hold the spout firmly and cut along the perforation. (Please note that holding the pack too tightly may cause the liquid to splash.) (2) Hold the bottle with your hand to prevent it from tipping over, and slowly pour the contents into the spout. *If the spout is dirty, wipe it off before pouring. After washing your face, dispense an appropriate amount into the palm of your hand (or a cotton ball) and gently smooth over your entire face.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because Kazunosuke recommended it. I wanted to use it for cotton packs, and since I use a lot of cotton packs, I'm glad it's affordable. It's very runny. It doesn't sting or anything, so I'll try using it for a while.
I used Hadabisei often in my 30s and 40s, a brand I trust and rely on. It's inexpensive, so I can use it generously, and it's non-irritating and deeply moisturizing. I used Hadabisei for the first time in a while because the reviews were good, and it was just as good as I expected. I've been using Ihada for the past few years, and while I like Ihada, I plan to repurchase Hadabisei in the hopes of seeing its whitening effects.
I bought this on Kazunosuke's recommendation. You can splash it on right after bathing and it's safe to use without any irritation. It was in the changing room, so my father used it freely and his skin has become whiter! Amazing! It's affordable and available at the drugstore, which is great. I plan to continue using it with the MUJI pump head for even more comfort!
It's light and easy to use, so I'm happy I can use it a lot. I think I'll continue using it for a while.
