How to use
Shampoo: After thoroughly wetting your hair, apply an appropriate amount to your entire head and lather well. Then, rinse thoroughly. We recommend wrapping your hair in the lather and leaving it for a while before rinsing. Hair Treatment: After shampooing, lightly dry your hair and apply an appropriate amount to your entire head. Then, rinse thoroughly. We recommend leaving it for 2-3 minutes before rinsing. The treatment ingredients are rich, so the viscosity is somewhat high. If the amount is small, the contents may become unevenly distributed and difficult to dispense. If this occurs, hold the container firmly and tap the side of the bottle several times. *Hold the pump neck and turn the head to the left to lift the head. Press empty several times until the contents dispense. If the head does not lift, tighten the neck firmly, hold it in place with your hand, and turn the head again.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It was neither good nor bad, but the smell was nice. But it didn't make my hair look beautiful, so I thought it was a bit disappointing for the price.
The scent of osmanthus is very nice. Is the treatment refreshing? Or rather, I'm a little concerned about the moisturizing feeling.
I won this product as a test giveaway from Suzykirei. The head spa brush is quite hard, so if you don't use it gently when massaging, it could hurt your scalp. Both the shampoo and conditioner have a strong osmanthus scent that lingers even after drying your hair. If you blow dry your hair while blow-drying, it will hold together nicely.
