How to use
Be sure to refill the cap and inner stopper of the Elixir Retino Power Wrinkle Cream ba before use. *This product can be used with either the S (15g) or L (22g) size cap and inner stopper of the Elixir Retino Power Wrinkle Cream ba. At the end of your morning and evening skincare routine, dispense a small pearl-sized amount onto your fingertips and gently apply to areas with wrinkles, such as around the eyes and mouth. *If using in the morning, to protect the effectiveness of the retinol, apply UV-blocking cosmetics after use. <How to refill> (1) Remove the cap from the used main container. (2) Next, lift the base of the main container's inner stopper and turn counterclockwise to remove it. (3) Insert the inner stopper straight into the cap, tip first. (4) Remove the cap from the refill container. (5) Insert the refill tube straight into the cap and turn clockwise until the uneven base is no longer visible. To prevent the contents from spilling, be sure to insert the inner stopper into the cap as shown in (3) before refilling. (Usage Precautions) Always use the cap and inner stopper of the Elixir Retino Power Wrinkle Cream ba before use. *The original cap and inner stopper are required. ◇Discontinue use if any skin irritation occurs after exposure to direct sunlight. ◇Be careful not to get it in your eyes. ◇After use, wipe the opening of the tube container thoroughly and close the cap tightly. ◇Do not pull up the base of the inner stopper except when replacing the refill. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in hot, humid places. ◇Keep out of reach of infants and young children. *Do not use if you have previously experienced problems with products containing retinol or if you are prone to skin problems. *When using for the first time or if your skin is sensitive, we recommend gradually increasing the amount used to nightly only every 2-3 days for the first 2 weeks, and then every night for the next 2 weeks. *When using in combination with other products containing retinol, avoid using multiple products at once, and use each product one at a time while observing the results. *Please use correctly, observing the number of uses and amount to be used. *If using on the neck for the first time, please observe the above precautions as with the face. *If you have had problems on your face, please refrain from using on your neck. *If problems occur, discontinue use on that area (face, neck).

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
