What it is

How to use
When using for the first time, press the pump several times until the contents come out. After applying lotion, take an appropriate amount (one pump) onto your palm or a cotton pad and apply it to your entire face. After applying it to your entire face, use both hands to move in large circles from bottom to top around the center of your face, then use your palms to hand-press your cheeks, around your eyes, etc. [How to Replace] (1) Hold the bottom of the used container and turn to remove the pump. (2) Remove the cap of the new container, insert the pump, and tighten securely. [Notes on Replacing] Do not wash the pump; simply leave it as is. When replacing the pump, be careful not to get any contents on the opening of the replacement container. If any do get on it, wipe it off thoroughly with tissue paper. Do not transfer any remaining contents from a used container. To maintain the quality of the contents, do not use any pumps other than DEW Superior Repair Emulsion Refreshing. For hygienic use, replace the container with a new one from time to time.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
