Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Although it's a powder, it doesn't come off easily, and the two colors are exquisite, making it easy to use either on its own or blended together. The included brush is thin and easy to apply firmly, so even without a pencil, the tips of your brows won't get flattened.
I've been interested in this for a while, and I also like eyebrow products, so I've tried a lot of different ones, but the combination of two pale shades is easy to use. It doesn't go on too thick, so you can just fill in the areas that aren't thick enough with the pencil. If you want to play around with color, you can change the color with eyebrow mascara, so I think this will be a great product for you.
I tried it at the RMK counter and purchased it in a nuanced color.
I tried it once in the store and picked up No. 2 thinking it might be it, but there were so many others. So I passed on it. I never thought it would become such a hit. I should have bought it then. I thought to myself, but they only had No. 1 in stock, so I found it on Suzykirei and bought it, but the color was too dark for me, and only the lighter one is usable. No. 2 was better after all.
I read the reviews and bought it at Suzykireistore! The color and application are great, just what you'd expect from a department store! It's light, but not too light - it's perfect!! I have thick eyebrows, so I can get a modern look just by applying it!
