Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I won this as a gift. I've been using a different brand for many years, but Nivea's body cream spreads well, isn't sticky, and has a great scent. Best of all, it's a pump type, so it's easy to dispense.
I won the chance to be a tester for Suzykirei. Thank you very much. I was interested in this product after seeing the commercial, so I'm very happy. The rose scent is lovely and I find it soothing when I apply it after a bath. It spreads easily and blends well with the skin, so it's easy to apply. Since I started using it, the red rash and itching around my shoulder blades has subsided. I plan to continue using it for a while.
I received this as a gift from Suzykirei. Thank you. I've seen it often at drugstores and have been curious about it, so I'm happy. I like the non-sticky, smooth texture, but since I have dry skin, I feel like it's a little lacking in moisturizing power for this season. I've been using unscented body milk for a while, so I was worried the scent would bother me, but it's not too strong and is a nice scent.
It spreads smoothly with just one push, is easy to absorb, and doesn't feel sticky!
