Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I won the giveaway in the survey at the end of Biteki!! I'm so happy (*´艸`) I've seen HERA's eyeshadows often in reviews on Suzykirei and have been really interested in them. For this price, it feels like a leap of faith for me, but when I tried them on...the color payoff is truly different!!! Especially the glitter!!!!!! The top and bottom left ones are sparkly, but the glitter is very fine and very easy to use. *I think I'll use it as a highlighter when I want to wear a heavier makeup look- -The pink on the bottom right is quite a youthful pink (get it?!), so it takes courage for me, in my late 30s, but I think I'll mix it with a dark matte blush! It seems to give my eyes a vibrant, glamorous look, so I'll cherish it ( ¨ )
