Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought N02 as well because N01 was so good, but 01 looks more natural on my skin, so I'm buying 01 again!
I bought this when I want to create a more defined under-eye bag. Seeing the "NOT NATURAL" label on the packaging, I wondered if it would be quite whitish, but it is indeed a whitish pink that really accentuates the under-eye bags. However, it blends in surprisingly well, so I can totally use it on a daily basis. Personally, I found it easier to use and lasted longer than under-eye bag pencils, so I switched to this one.
I bought N02 as well because N01 was so good, but 01 looks more natural on my skin, so I'm buying 01 again!
It creates natural under-eye bags! The only downside is that the color fades easily, but it's cute so I'm happy with it. I'd like to collect other colors too!
The color is light so you can't go wrong.
