What it is
This treatment contains a generous amount of honey extract and macadamia seed extract to moisturize your hair and scalp, leaving it soft and shiny. It contains 44 types of plant-derived extracts and 5 types of plant-derived oils for intensive care of your hair and scalp. How to use
[How to refill] 1. Open the spout. Hold the spout firmly and cut it with scissors along the cut line indicated on the top of the pouch. If the spout is closed, pinch both ends of the spout to open it. 2. Insert the spout firmly into the mouth of the bottle and squeeze the pack to pour the contents. Fold it over and squeeze to dispense the contents without waste. After thoroughly wetting your scalp and hair, take an appropriate amount in your hands, lather well, and massage. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. After shampooing, take an appropriate amount and apply to the entire hair, focusing on the ends. After about 2-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used a single-use pouch. Since I have a lot of hair, if it doesn't lather well, it's hard to run my fingers through my scalp, so this wasn't a problem. The lather rinsed off fairly well. However, I didn't really like the scent. I think the freesia is stronger than the pear...I would have liked a bit more of a fruity flavor. The treatment wasn't enough for me, as I like my hair moisturized, so I added an after-bath treatment.
I used a sample. The shampoo lathered really well. The fragrance was strong, so I could still smell it even after drying my hair. My hair felt rough after shampooing, but it became moisturized after applying the treatment. However, my hair felt frizzy and dry after drying, so I'm thinking about purchasing it again.
I bought this because I love pear freesia. It has a lovely scent, but it might be a little too strong... I think it's perfect for using occasionally as a treat.
I've bought this product several times. First of all, I love the scent. It's a lighter version of Jo Malone's English Pear & Freesia, so I think people who like floral scents will love it! My hair is thick and curly, and it tends to get frizzy easily, but using this shampoo and treatment makes my hair smooth and significantly reduces frizz. Rather than repairing damaged areas, it feels like it protects hair that hasn't yet been damaged. I recommend applying a little more of the treatment, combing it through, and leaving it on for 2-3 minutes before rinsing!
This is my favorite shampoo and treatment I've ever used. I love the scent, it lathers well, and the treatment leaves my hair smooth. I feel like I'm spending less time using a hair dryer.
