A new desert lotion designed to tackle extremely dry environments. It focuses on the fact that dryness and UV rays cause moisture loss, leading to shriveling of stratum corneum cells and loss of firmness. Learning from the sleeping chironomid, which survives even when desiccated in extremely dry environments, this lotion uses three moisture-retaining approaches to replenish moisture in stratum corneum cells that shrink as the skin dries, maintaining moisture even in dry desert environments. It leaves skin feeling moisturized and firm, just like after a lotion mask. ◆Three types: K, S, and T, addressing the causes of skin concerns*. Only the S type is included. How to use
Apply an appropriate amount (2 pumps) to the entire face. * When first using, slowly press 6 to 8 times until liquid comes out. [Precautions when refilling] * Do not wash the bottle or pump, and do not touch the inside of the pump or the tube. After refilling, set it in place. * Be sure to use up the entire amount before refilling. Do not mix with other products or products with different serial numbers. * To maintain the quality of the contents, refill into an empty container of EST The Lotion EX S (trade name EST Lotion BS). * After refilling, please note down the serial number on the bottom of the refill container. This may be required when making inquiries.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This lotion from EST is perfect for winter mornings! If you have normal skin, you won't feel dry until the evening! However, if you have dry skin, you might want to use a little more!
My skin feels soft and moisturized. There are three types of lotion, but I liked the sample so much that I bought it.
I tried each type twice with the sample and found them all good, so I was undecided about which toner to buy, which is why I delayed it. Since I didn't have time to go to the counter, I consulted the online diagnosis and decided on the translucent S. Only the S is a quasi-drug, containing L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside. It's a bit thick, but it spreads smoothly and moisturizes after application, so it's not a big deal. It leaves my skin feeling cool and refreshing, and I did experience some irritation when I applied too much. It was fine when I used it on a day when my skin was in good condition, so I think it should be fine for most skin types outside of pollen season, when my skin is more sensitive. The reason I love this product is that it instantly refines skin texture. Applying two to three pumps twice gives you beautiful, reflective skin. However, since Lotion Essentiel achieves this effect with just two pumps, it's a bit more of a hassle. As for moisturizing power, it may not be enough for dry skin. Given that it aims to improve moisture retention by improving the skin's internal condition, it seems like it would be comfortable for those with dry skin up to the point of inner dryness.
I have sensitive skin, but this one didn't sting at all and I had no problems. There were several types to choose from, and I was torn between these, but it seems to be great! I've applied it three times and I don't feel like I need a mask. My mouth used to get a bit tight in the evening, but now it's gone! It's expensive, so I'm a bit hesitant, but I'd like to continue using it, depending on my wallet.
