How to use
Use after applying lotion. 1. With the serum facing up, fold both sides of the bag outward along the dotted lines, gathering the serum in the center of the bag. 2. Apply firm pressure with your thumb to the serum area, creating an opening in the center of the bag, which will force the serum into the mask. *Make sure to push all of the serum into the mask, ensuring no residue remains. 3. Carbon dioxide is generated when the serum comes into contact with the mask. Once you see bubbles starting to form, massage the mask thoroughly for about 20 seconds to remove any dry areas and distribute the serum evenly throughout the mask. 4. Remove the mask from the bag and slowly unfold it. Place it on your face, aligning it with your eyes and mouth, ensuring it adheres tightly (taking care not to drip). Leave it on for about 5 minutes, then remove the mask and massage any remaining serum into your skin with your hands.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
