What it is
Koh Gen Do has launched "THE SPA," a hot spring water skincare series created through a thorough, sincere commitment to skin, ingredients, and products. This sheet cleanser, made with 89% natural hot spring water*1 from Tarumizu, Kagoshima Prefecture, is a no-rinse cleansing lotion, generously saturated with gentle, 100% natural fibers. It gently removes waterproof makeup like sunscreen, as well as pore and sebum impurities, while minimizing skin burden. The thick, three-layered sheet provides a soft feel and deep moisture retention. Made with biodegradable materials that return to nature, it also reduces environmental impact. Furthermore, the formula contains 13 carefully selected domestic botanical ingredients*1 to treat pores and exfoliate skin*2 while leaving skin moisturized and clear. It's oil- and alcohol-free, making it ideal for those with eyelash extensions*3. How to use
Take out one sheet at a time and wipe gently without rubbing hard. When the sheet is free of makeup, it is ready. One sheet can be used on not only the face, but also the neck and décolleté. *Please be sure to close the flap seal tightly after use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this cleansing sheet because it contains hot spring water and it seemed gentle on the skin. It's also convenient that it comes in a quantity that makes it easy to try out. I use it on days when I wear light makeup, and it removes it thoroughly! (I don't use mascara or eyeliner.) After use, my skin doesn't feel tight, red, or tingly. The sheet is sturdy and doesn't wear out even when used on my entire face. I think it's a cleansing sheet that I can feel safe using, so I plan to stock up.
I used the one in the cleansing lotion kit from Suzykirei and liked it so much that I wanted to keep an unopened copy for travel or emergencies, so I bought this one. The lotion is slightly thick and I like that it doesn't cause much friction, and this one also feels like it causes less friction than a sheet type.
I bought this sheet cleanser because I liked the water cleanser and wanted to try it. I have sensitive skin, but the ingredients were great and didn't irritate my skin. However, it would be a shame if it was a little more saturated with liquid, as it would be gentler to wipe off. It's also a little more expensive than Chacott's cleansing sheets, which come in a pack of 10, so I don't have any reason to buy it... I'm not sure if I'll buy it again.
I love Koh Gen Do's powder and foundation, and I wanted a makeup remover sheet that was light but gentle on the skin for my trip, so I bought this for the first time. As expected from Koh Gen Do! It's great! It feels gentle on the skin, but it removes makeup well. I don't usually use sheet removers, but I'll definitely buy it the next time I travel.
It's fine. Cleansing sheets aren't that good for your skin, so I only use them when I'm tired, but I use Koh Gen Do cleansing sheets. They don't irritate my skin, but they do dry it out, so I wouldn't recommend them for people with sensitive or dry skin.
