What it is
This pump is specifically designed for Koh Gen Do THE SPA Cleansing Lotion. Simply push with one hand, leaving the cotton pad in place, for quick makeup removal. The easy-to-use one-touch cap protects from dust. *Cleansing lotion sold separately.

How to use
Remove the cap from the cleansing lotion and replace it with this product (dedicated pump). *Compatible with 300mL and 400mL cleansing lotions. *To use, push up the one-touch cap and press a cotton ball against the pump surface to soak up the lotion. *After use, close the one-touch cap until you hear a click. *300mL: Because the pump tube is long compared to the container, we recommend cutting it 1cm before use. (You can also use it at its original length.) *400mL: Use it as is. *When first using, place a cotton ball on the pump and press several times until the contents dispense. *Always place a cotton ball on the pump and press slowly. If you press the pump without a cotton ball, the contents will splash out forcefully. *Be sure to wipe off any remaining contents in the drip tray. [How to use cleansing lotion with a pump] The recommended amount is 6 pumps per use. (Push while shifting the cotton ball.) 1. Gently wipe the entire area with light pressure. (Makeup residue will float up.) 2. Wipe away the makeup residue. 3. Gently wipe away small areas such as the wings of your nose, tip of your chin, and around your eyes. 4. Finally, wipe your entire face to deliver moisture. *Do not press the pump again with a dirty cotton pad that has already been used.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The best thing about this product is that it's gentle on the skin! It's thick and gently wipes away dirt from pores! It doesn't make my skin feel tight after wiping, and it's moisturized, which is great for me as I have dry skin!
It has a large capacity. I use it to remove makeup on days when I don't want to take a bath, and it's moisturizing and removes makeup well!
This is a one-time sample. It felt like a slightly thick, transparent beauty serum. This was my first time using a wipe-off cleanser, so I can't compare it to other products, but I soaked a large cotton pad in it and wiped it away, and it thoroughly removed my light makeup. I thought it would feel more sticky after wiping, but I was surprised that it felt like I'd just applied a light lotion. It didn't sting my dry, eczema-related skin. However, the smell... I didn't really like it.
I loved the previous version and used it for a long time. I heard they switched to this one, so I bought it, but the ingredients seem to be completely different from the previous one. As others have said, there is a smell. I can't stand it. The container is also difficult to use. I don't think I'll be buying it again.

This item is full of Japanese charm and contains ingredients such as hot spring water from Tarumizu, Kagoshima, cherries and Job's tears from Yamagata, olive leaves from Shodoshima, shekwasha from Okinawa, and Nankou plums from Wakayama. I used to love a similar lotion from Biotherma, but I was very pleased with both the moisturizing effect and the feel of this one. If you replace the cap with the special pump, you can apply it to a cotton pad without removing the container, which is very convenient. Pump 5-6 times to soak a cotton pad and slide it over your skin to remove makeup effortlessly. It has a refreshing feel, but even at this time of year, leaving it on leaves my skin moisturized, so there's no need for double cleansing or moisturizing. Since I cleanse immediately after returning home, it's very helpful to be able to use just this one bottle until bath time. It's gentle on the skin and not too irritating, so I'd like to continue using it. It seems they also have sheet masks, which are convenient for traveling. ----------------------------------I'll update after using it for a few months to see if it dries out my skin. From autumn to winter, I remove my makeup immediately after returning home and leave it until bath time, and I don't feel any dryness. I'm impressed by the moisturizing care provided by the serum. Biotherma and other cleansing milks for sensitive skin tend to dry out my skin over time, but this doesn't. It keeps my skin moisturized even in the dry winter season, which is great. I'd like to add another star for the excellent quality and feel. My only concern is that it leaks a little when I push it onto the cotton pad. This is my number one cleansing product for adults.
