Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Since I started using this, I feel like my pores have become less noticeable! I plan to continue using it.
Before using this, my skin was oily and had sticky bumps on the sides of my nose that never went away, which was the worst! Azelaic acid, help me!! (>_<｡) I bought it with that in mind, but since using this, my oiliness has gone away, and my mom told me that the red bumps on the sides of my nose have disappeared, and that my skin seems brighter, which made me happy (*≧∀≦*). At first, I was worried that it would be too harsh and cause irritation ( >< ), but I'm grateful that even my sensitive skin can use it. I'll continue to buy it.
It comes out as foam, so it's easy to use! It's refreshing to use. My rough skin before my period calmed down immediately after I started using it. If it lasts a long time, I'd like to buy it again.
I was curious about this bubble serum, which contains azelaic acid, so I gave it a try. When I applied the fine foam to my skin with both hands, I felt a slight tingling sensation in some areas at first, but I got used to it after using it a few times. It's been about a month since I started using it, and while it hasn't completely eliminated my pores, the ones around my nose and cheeks are smoother and less noticeable. I tend to get acne under my chin, and it's been feeling great ever since. More than anything, I think it's improved the dullness. I wouldn't recommend it for people with sensitive skin, but if it suits your skin, I recommend continuing to use it!
