How to use
This face mask with toner can be used daily in the morning and evening as part of your skincare routine. After cleansing, apply it to your skin and leave it on for 5-10 minutes, then fold the sheet and wipe it off. We recommend applying lotion or cream afterwards.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The Lululun mask doesn't cover the area around the nose well, but it did soothe the cheeks and other areas, which was nice.
Because the pack is quite thick, it felt like the top wasn't soaked in the liquid. At first, I was impressed that my pores disappeared, but as I continued to use it, I started to wonder, "Hmm? Is that enough?" (･-･) It's a matter of personal preference, but I wish the pack was a little thinner so that the liquid was soaked in.
