What it is
This lip cream is based on the extremely popular Medicated Lip Cream, but with enhanced moisturizing properties and the addition of 15 botanical ingredients.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use a lot of DHC medicated lip balm, so I wanted to try this one too, and bought it. It's less sticky than the medicated lip balm, and the scent is lighter, with a slightly botanical scent. It does have a moisturizing effect, but to me it feels a little weaker than the medicated lip balm. I find this one easier to use in the summer, so I think I'll buy it again when it gets hotter!
