What it is
Cezanne Tone Filter Highlight in 01 Filter Beige is a Japanese powder highlighter, 2.3g, that brightens while it retouches. A moist-yet-silky powder melts into the skin to blur dullness, pores, and redness, adding light where you want it. The bright, easy-to-wear beige suits many skin tones, and it comes with a peaked brush for precise placement, with skincare oils in the formula.
Why it's different
It works as a corrector as well as a highlight, softening the look of dullness, pores, and redness while adding brightness.
The powder is moist yet silky, so it melts into skin rather than sitting on top or emphasizing texture.
The light beige is made to flatter most skin tones, and skincare ingredients like squalane and jojoba oil keep it comfortable.
Key ingredients
Squalane and jojoba seed oil: condition so the powder melts in
Hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) and panthenol: hydrating ingredients
Almond oil: helps the powder feel smooth and skin-like
How to use
1. Pick up powder with the peaked brush.
2. Apply under the eyes, along the smile lines, and around the mouth where dullness shows.
3. Add it to the high points where you want brightness.
4. Use it as a finishing step or for touch-ups over makeup.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. We only buy from official retailers and directly from the brands here in Japan. Never resellers, never grey market stock.
We are beauty lovers too, so we know the worry, especially with something you are putting on your face. Authenticity is 100% guaranteed by us.
Is this a highlighter or a corrector?
Both. It adds brightness like a highlighter and, because it blurs dullness, pores, and redness, it also works to retouch and even those areas.
Will it emphasize pores or dry patches?
It is a moist, silky powder made to melt into skin rather than sit on top, which helps it soften texture instead of highlighting it.
Is 01 Filter Beige a universal shade?
It is a bright beige designed to be easy to wear across many skin tones, working as a soft, natural brightening tone rather than a strong metallic.
When in my routine do I use it?
As a finishing step over base makeup, and for quick touch-ups during the day on areas that look dull.

What our customers are saying
It was a bit rough on uneven areas (like the nasolabial folds and around the mouth) and didn't give a very nice finish. It was fine on flat surfaces. I always use Pola's Diem Couleur to cover the melasma on the sides of my face, but if I quickly apply this as a finishing touch, it blends in nicely. I could also use it as a highlighter on the bridge of my nose. It's not sparkly, so it's fine to apply it widely to sunken areas on the cheeks. It tends to flake a little, but I'm generally satisfied.
It's received positive reviews on social media, and I had to wait several months for it to be completely out of stock, so maybe my expectations were too high. I'm still not very good at using it. I bought it to combat dark and blue dark circles, but I couldn't help but notice the dryness. Also, a light application doesn't quite cover my dark circles, and if I try to hide them too much, it ends up looking too shiny, so I still haven't gotten very good at applying it. On some days, it seems to lighten my dark circles somewhat. It's a nice effect, but over time, the powder wears off, and the dark circles reappear. I wonder if there's a trick to using the brush... I think it works well when you lightly apply it to areas where you want to brighten up the redness around your nose or above your eyebrows, and it creates a beautiful finish!
I always keep it in my bag when I'm out and about. I use it to quickly touch up my makeup when I'm feeling a bit self-conscious. I love it because it makes my skin look beautiful.
It gives a beautiful finish when used as a highlighter on the cheekbones! It doesn't contain pearl, so it doesn't look vulgar, and I feel like using too much pearl as you get older will make wrinkles more noticeable. This is matte, but it makes your skin look naturally luminous. If your skin is bumpy, Clé de Peau's highlighter will also make it look bumpy (pretty and natural), but this one doesn't. The particles are large, so they don't create any unevenness. It contains a lot of moisturizer, so it sticks to dry areas and doesn't come off. If you use it on oily areas, it will come off easily.
I happened to find the last one of this product at a drugstore I went to, and bought it. I'm currently battling an illness, so I often wear a mask, but when I quickly apply it to the dull areas with the included brush, it instantly brightens them up, and the fine particles make it extremely useful. For such a great value, this power is almost divine.
