Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I got a great deal on this set from Q10, which also includes the lotion and mist. When I use it at night before going to sleep, my lips feel much softer when I wake up in the morning. The scent is strong, with a sweet, delicious scent, which is nice. Perhaps because I use it in conjunction with other lip care products, my lips haven't gotten too dry this winter and they've stayed moisturized.
The sweet scent lifts my spirits when I go to bed at night. I also love that it leaves a slight pink tint. However, it didn't help with my dry, chapped lips... My daughter and I use it diligently every night, and it's still a great value for the money.

With winter approaching, I've been having trouble with peeling lips, so I decided to give this a try. It looks so cute, it lifts my spirits, and the essential effect is perfect for me: I apply it before bed and my lips stay dry and peeling-free. I've tried a lot of different products in the past that didn't have much effect, so I really like this one, both for its feel and value for money. However, it does have a strong sweet smell (or taste?), which is a bit of a downside since I apply it before bed. If possible, I'd be happy if it was fragrance-free.
