Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love the shampoo and treatment. It's so good that I decided to try it in my skincare routine. The serum has a light texture and blends seamlessly into my skin. I used 3-4 pumps, and it absorbed easily without leaving any sticky feeling. The scent is gentle and easy to use. When combined with a moisturizing cream, it moisturized my skin and prevented it from drying out until morning.
Unlike Moist, this was a transparent serum, but it still had moisturizing properties.
