How to use
If you are using it for the first time or if the color does not come out easily, shake the bottle gently 2-3 times with the cap on, leave it upside down for a few minutes, and then use it after smoothing the tip of the brush with tissue paper or similar.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I don't like products with strong pigmentation, so I bought this one looking for a sheer look. When I swatched it lightly, it didn't look like it would be very dark, but when I applied it to the outer corner of my eye, it was actually quite pigmented. It wasn't what I expected. Lol. From the swatch, it looks similar to the Love Liner's mocha greige. I like the color of mocha greige, but when used as an eyeliner, it's too dark for me. I bought the sheer gray one looking for something with a softer pigmentation, but it wasn't as sheer as I expected. I also found the short brush difficult to apply, so I won't be buying it again.
I bought the sheer gray. I don't like using harsh black, so this shade is perfect! I bought three at once.
When I put it in my hand, it looked browner than I expected. It's sheer, so I think that's what it looks like on my yellowish, dull skin. As other reviewers have said, when you apply it around your eyes, it does make you wonder what the sheer effect is, but for me, who has a naturally strong eye color and struggles with it, this is my favorite because it's less likely to cause mistakes than other eyeliners. I also like that the short brush doesn't smudge and doesn't end up being too dark. I could also use it to create fake lower lashes.
