I bought this because it said it could be used as an eye base. It allows the color of the eyeshadow I layer on top of it to set beautifully and prevents my eyelids from drying out. However, perhaps because it's a little oily, or perhaps because of the shape of my eyes, over time the eyeliner transfers to my eyelids, creating a strange line. This has been bothering me, and I've tried a variety of eye bases, but the only ones that seem to prevent this are Tom Ford's Eye Primer and MAC's Prep Prime Eye Base, so I keep coming back to them. I wonder what the difference is. Oil?
It's great as a base for eyeshadow! It doesn't seem to smudge easily!

I was worried that my eyelids would sometimes get irritated depending on the product, but it was fine. When I'm just going out in the neighborhood or when I feel like I don't need eyeshadow anymore, there's no obvious difference when my eyelids get brighter, but I feel like there's a difference between using this and not. I think it could also be used as a highlighter. I wish I'd bought it sooner. It's odorless and easy to use. I'll write about combining it with eyeshadow again.
I bought the milk beige shade and it blended perfectly with my skin. When I used it alone, it didn't feel like I was wearing eyeshadow. I bought it to use as a base, so I'm very happy.
