Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a muted beige-pink. The texture and color are perfect for the name Pink Suede. The color blends well with the skin, so I think it's suitable for the office. I have dry lips, so applying it directly can feel dry, but if I apply lip balm first, it's not a problem. Since I apply it on top of lip balm, it's inevitable that it will come off easily, but I like Bobbi's lip colors because many of them are compatible with each other and don't dry out my lips.

It's a really lovely color! I bought it after a sales associate recommended it to me when I was doing heavy eye makeup. It's a beige color, and it's a matte lip color that doesn't make your complexion look washed out. For some reason, it also makes your complexion look slightly flushed. It's been a while since I last bought a matte lipstick. It's matte, but I think it's less dry. The color lasts pretty well, but I use Lip Monster as a base.
