How to use
At the end of your morning and evening skincare routine, dispense a pearl-sized amount onto your fingertips and gently apply to areas with wrinkles, such as around the eyes and mouth. If using in the morning, to protect the effectiveness of the retinol, apply UV-blocking cosmetics after use. (How to open) (1) Open the cap, remove the ring, and discard it. (2) Place the cap on the tube and screw it in until the uneven base is no longer visible. Remove the cap to reveal the inner stopper. (Precautions for Use) . If any skin irritation occurs after exposure to direct sunlight, discontinue use. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. * Please refrain from use if you have previously experienced problems with retinol-containing products or are prone to skin irritation. * For first-time users or those with sensitive skin, we recommend gradually increasing the frequency of use to every night for the first two weeks, then every night for the next two weeks. *When using this product in combination with other products containing retinol, avoid using multiple products at once and use each product one at a time while observing the results. *Please use correctly by observing the number of uses and amount used.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is amazing! It's soothing and refreshing! It feels clean! The cream has a soft, easy-to-spread texture that I like. As for the most important wrinkle treatment, other Shiseido products may have been a better fit for me. They offer better value for money, so if I were to buy it again, I think it would be more for the scent than the effect.
It seems to be effective in reducing the firmness around the eyes.
It's only a 0.2mg sachet. I've never been so surprised by a magazine supplement that I can apply it not only around both eyes but all over my face and neck. It's expensive, but I bought one and will use it only at night. It should last me about six months as an eye cream. When I wake up in the morning, the fine lines under my eyes have become thinner. I'm also interested in Elixir's eye cream, so I'm wondering what to try next.
