How to use
Be sure to replace the inner cap with the SHISEIDO Vital Perfection Wrinkle Lift Deep Retinobright A+ before use. At the end of your morning and evening skincare routine, take a pearl-sized amount onto your fingertips and gently apply to areas with wrinkles, such as around your eyes and mouth. If using in the morning, to protect the effectiveness of the retinol, apply UV-blocking cosmetics after use. (Refill Instructions) (1) Remove the cap. (2) Pull the inner cap up from the base and turn it counterclockwise to remove it from the tube. (3) Insert the removed inner cap into the cap. *(4) Remove the temporary cap that came with the refill. (5) Insert (3) into the tube and screw it counterclockwise until the bumps disappear. *To prevent the contents from spilling, insert the inner cap into the cap before replacing the refill tube. (Precautions for use) ◇When replacing the refill, do not wash the inner stopper, but use it as is to prevent the entry of germs. ◇If you notice any problems with the inner stopper, purchase a new product. ◇If any abnormalities appear on your skin after exposure to direct sunlight, discontinue use. ◇Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it does get in your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. *When using in combination with other products containing retinol, avoid using multiple products at once, and use each product one at a time, monitoring the condition. *Please use correctly by observing the number of uses and dosage.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is amazing! It's soothing and refreshing! It feels clean! The cream has a soft, easy-to-spread texture that I like. As for the most important wrinkle treatment, other Shiseido products may have been a better fit for me. They offer better value for money, so if I were to buy it again, I think it would be more for the scent than the effect.
It seems to be effective in reducing the firmness around the eyes.
I can't live without this product. I heard it had been renewed, so I wanted to try it out right away. It's a late addition, but it's a masterpiece. It really works on the fine lines under my eyes. I can't use anything other than Shiseido's retinol.
It's expensive, but I'm hoping for wrinkle improvement and whitening effects. I've only been using it for 20 days, so I'll see how it goes. It's a slightly thick cream. It has a very nice scent and is very soothing.
It spreads well and can be used over a wide area with just a small amount. It forms a film, making it easy to apply gently around the eyes, and I like the scent. It's moisturizing, but I don't feel it has any specific effect. I bought it all with points this time, but it's expensive, so I won't be buying it again with my own money.
