How to use
After washing your face, tone your skin with lotion and then remove the mask from the bag. The bag contains one mask for the upper half of your face and one for the lower half. To apply the mask, peel off the film and apply the gel pad to your face. First, apply the lower half mask, centering on your mouth and pulling up on each side to ensure it adheres to the other half of your face. Next, apply the upper half mask, centering on your forehead and between your eyebrows, aligning the mask with your eyes and adhering it to your face. After approximately 20 to 40 minutes, slowly peel it off and massage the remaining essence into your face. Then, apply a beauty serum or other product.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

After toning my skin with lotion, I unfolded the mask and applied it to my face. The mask is divided into an upper and lower section, making it easy to apply to the skin. When I removed the mask after 20 minutes, my skin felt moisturized and smooth, which I was delighted with. It also helped my makeup go on better, which I love. The rose scent was soothing.
