Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's really good. I always have watery eyes, so I was always having trouble with panda eyes, but I saw this on YouTube and heard that it doesn't smudge, so I bought it. It's the first time I've found a product I can wear with confidence. However, you have to sharpen it, and since I'm clumsy, it's hard to sharpen it properly, and the lead is very soft, so it breaks easily. I wish they'd made a retractable version... That's a real shame.
My eyeliner would smudge quickly and come off, but this one stayed put until the evening! I'll definitely buy it again ^ ^
I wanted the Longwear Waterproof Liner, but it wasn't available online (it's only sold in stores), so I bought this one. The core is softer than the Longwear one, making it easier to apply, and it doesn't smudge easily. It's a matter of preference, but I like the Longwear one because it allows you to apply fine details, so I'm disappointed. It says it's only available at the Hakata store, but it wasn't there when I visited in December, so it may no longer be available.
It applied smoothly. I was looking for an eyeliner that would give a natural look, so I bought two shades, Smolder and Cabernet. I preferred the finish of 03 Cabernet.
I use it in the morning and it stays beautiful until the evening. It stays colored until I remove my makeup. However, I can't remove it cleanly, so I'm giving it fewer stars, hoping that this can be improved.
