For all other orders, we charge US$10-20 for shipping depending on your location.

Actual delivery can be affected by customs or carrier delays in each country, all of which are outside of our control.

• Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 days
• Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 days
• China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 days
• Rest of the world: 11 to 18 days

US orders: We ship all orders DDP (duties delivered prepaid) which means that we handle all the import and custom duties on our end and nothing is due at your door. 

Orders outside the US: Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us. Please note that all local charges are your responsibility. Unfortunately, there is no current system that allows us to handle this on your behalf from Japan.
