How to use
Wear them after your heel skincare routine, such as after a bath or before bed. Applying a generous amount of moisturizing cream evenly will help the heel care mask fit better. (1) Insert your thumbs into the opening, spread them left and right with your thumbs, then insert your toes and slowly slip them on. (2) Align your heels. (3) Gently press the entire mask to fit snugly against your skin. (4) Go to bed with the mask on. Remove the mask the next morning. You can also wear them throughout the day. [How to Remove from the Bag] (1) The bag contains six heel care masks. (2) Open the bag along the perforations and pinch the edge below the perforations to remove them. (3) Remove one mask at a time. You can insert your feet from either side.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
