Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it because I was attracted by the fact that it contains beauty serum. My skin feels smooth after washing and I don't need to double cleanse, which is great.
I forgot to buy a refill for my usual cleanser from another company, so I bought this in a hurry, and it was worth it. It's called a cleansing liquid, but the fifth ingredient listed from the top is mineral oil. I have permed eyelashes, and using this oil-containing product hasn't made them last longer. The liquid is a little thicker? It feels more like an oil than a liquid. It's comparable to the cleanser I normally use, inexpensive, and available at any drugstore, so I don't have to skimp on it.
I've repurchased several bottles. It removes eye makeup and other makeup that isn't too heavy. It doesn't leave a tight feeling, is easy to use, and doesn't have a strange smell. I plan to continue using it.
It's a liquid cleanser that removes makeup fairly well and has just the right amount of thickness, making it easy to remove makeup, so it's pretty good considering the price. However, I wonder if it would be better to use it depending on whether it removes blackheads and keratin plugs from the nose better than the oil cleanser?
