How to use

(2) Gently massage your face, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. [ as a face mask] (1) After washing your face, wipe off the water and apply a thin layer of this product. (2) Leave it on for about 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I thought the cream would be rough because it contains a scrub, but it actually has a moist texture. I usually lather it up with a net, which creates a fluffy lather, so I use it as a face wash for my entire face. The finish was very moist, which was different from what I expected. Sometimes I apply it to my nose without lathering it, and then rinse it off after a while. It leaves my nose feeling smooth. The scent, color, and appearance are all lovely, so I was excited.
I bought it because it contains a scrub and can be lathered up and used! I love that it can be used to wash your face, and when applied thinly it can act as a face mask!
I bought it on Qoo10 because it was on sale for 999 yen. I tried using it as a face mask in the morning, applying it directly to my skin after washing my face, leaving it for about a minute, then adding water and lathering it up before removing it. After removing it, my skin felt a shade brighter. It's also moderately moisturizing and doesn't dry out my skin immediately. However, using it this way takes time because you have to remove it quite thoroughly (which is to be expected since you're applying a lot of it directly to your skin). I think I'll use it this way in the morning when I have time, and then lather it up at night before using it. The scent is lavender, which I personally like. When you mix it, it becomes soft and chewy, which is interesting.
I was watching a Qoo10 live stream and was intrigued by it, so I bought it. Even people in their late 50s can use it without drying out their skin, and this thick cleanser is addictive. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized, but it also seems to remove dullness, making me want to try other types. It does have a scent, but it's not particularly luxurious. It may not be too strong for Korean skincare. It's available cheaply in sets on Qoo10, and even as a single product, so if you're interested, it's worth giving it a try. However, the pink type may be harsh on oily skin.
I love Arencia's sticky soap so much that I usually use PDRN, but this time I tried the rosehip soap. It smells amazing and most importantly, it leaves my skin feeling really soft and smooth after washing, which I love!
