How to use
Carte HD Moisture Lotion: After washing your face, pump 2-3 times onto your palm or a cotton pad and gently massage into your skin. For best results, wrap your face in your palm to massage into your skin. This product is a with heparinoids as its active ingredient. It is not a medicine. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. Do not store in high temperatures or in direct sunlight. Carte HD Moisture Emulsion: After applying lotion, take an amount about the size of a 100 yen coin into your palm and gently massage into your skin. For best results, wrap your face in your palm to massage into your skin. This product is a with heparinoids as its active ingredient. It is not a medicine. If the contents are difficult to get out, lightly tap the bottom of the container before use. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. High

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
