How to use
Apply to clean, moisturized skin. Warm a pearl-sized amount (about the size of a 10-yen coin) in the palm of your hand and gently press into skin. The cream will change from green to beige as it blends. For increased coverage, apply more as needed.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received this as a trial gift. If I hadn't won, I would never have purchased it myself. So I tried it without any expectations and was surprised! It was a product that suited my skin perfectly. I've tried many different primers and foundations, but I was always concerned about it getting stuck in my pores. This product doesn't get stuck in my pores at all and beautifully conceals them. However, since it's not in a tube, it can be a bit of a pain to use a spatula to get it out when you're busy in the morning. But I'll definitely be buying it again.
I won a giveaway and received a cica cream as a gift. I'm very happy. I've been using this product since before the renewal, and I tried it for the first time in a few days. It has a stronger beige color than the previous one, and blends well with my skin. It felt heavy at first, but it spreads well and I really like it. It's a large product, so I think I can use a lot. I didn't really mind the scent, but I was worried that it would get on my face if I put on a mask with it. I'll try to do something about it before using it again. It somehow feels more moisturizing than the previous one...? Maybe it's just my imagination, but even when I applied it to dry skin, I felt like there was less cracking. I was hoping the previous product had a small spatula, so I think it would be a nice touch if it came with one. I still have the previous product, so I'll try using it wisely. Thank you so much!

It has a large capacity and is very cost-effective. It evens out redness on the skin and is easy to use.
I have repeatedly purchased the product before the renewal. It's the same green color that effectively covers redness, and it feels lighter on the skin than the old version. It's not unbearable, but there's a unique smell that wasn't there before when you apply it, so if it bothers you until the end, I probably won't buy it again.
