What it is
It focuses on firmness, radiance, and freshness of the skin, resulting in a finish that makes it look as if your bare skin has been beautifully restored. After repeated trial production since 2022, a new liquid foundation has been completed with a "modern texture" that Shimada Chiaki is satisfied with. The name "setting liquid" fits snugly and is worthy of its name, and it can handle the oil and sweat of summer. This liquid foundation is resistant to oil and sweat, and is resistant to creasing, the enemy of base makeup, and does not easily smudge.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This one fits snugly, just as its name "setting liquid" suggests, and is great for dealing with summer sebum and sweat, making it perfect for starting now too (I get shiny spots all year round). When you dispense it, it's light and spreads easily. So it seems best to dispense a little at a time and blend it into your skin. I use it with a sponge. It fits snugly without feeling thick. I really love how it feels to use.
