How to use
Use on skin after washing your face in the morning and evening. Hold the nozzle of the dispenser close to a cotton pad, pump three times, and gently apply the product to your entire face. Finally, wrap your palms around your entire face to blend it in. (How to set up the dispenser) Place the bottle on a flat surface, gently hold the bottom of the container, and remove the bottle cap. Slowly insert the dispenser into the bottle to prevent the contents from spilling, and close it tightly before use. From the second bottle onwards, unscrew the dispenser from the used bottle and remove it. As above, slowly insert the dispenser into the bottle, close it, and use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The sample was so good that I bought the actual product! I had my skin measured at the counter, diagnosed with dry skin, and was recommended number 7. It's a refreshing lotion that seems to provide all the skin care you need. I usually use four products in the morning and seven products at night, so I'm thinking of replacing my busy morning routine with this one product. This product alone is moisturizing enough, so using a cotton pad will come in handy when I want to put on makeup right afterwards!
During the consultation, I was given a product that would suit my skin, but when I applied this, I started getting acne one after another... It was gentle and I could use it at any time, so I think it would be a good product if it suited my skin, but I couldn't use something that would cause acne, and it wasn't cheap, so I didn't know what to do with it. For now, I'll apply it to my neck.
I had my skin measured at a cosmetics counter and found that it was extremely dry! I heard that ME7 was the perfect level for me, so I tried a sample. I was impressed by its instant absorption, overwhelming moisturizing power, and the gentle, easy-to-use texture, so I decided to purchase it. Within a month of using it, my dryness had improved to a certain extent! Previously, my skin would peel by the evening after applying foundation, but since I started using this lotion heavily, not only has my skin not become dry, but my makeup has also come off much less often. The instructions recommend using three pumps with a cotton pad, but for me, two pumps at night and about half a pump before applying makeup are enough to moisturize my skin. However, when I want extra care, I still need three pumps... It's a nice feature that it's easy to adjust. It's a bit pricey compared to other affordable products, but it's now an essential part of my life! I recommend it for sensitive, dry, and combination skin! Even if you don't choose ME7, be sure to get your skin measured at an IPSA cosmetics counter and find the perfect ME for you.
