ME is a highly functional lotion that brings out the natural beauty of each individual's skin. The unique CP-ME and CP-S-ME ingredients deeply circulate moisture from within (*1), leading to firmer, more translucent, and softer skin. IPSA's core moisturizer, enveloping each skin in a comfortable texture tailored to the skin, fills each individual with beauty, as if filling the soul. [Recommended Skin Types] ME n 8 is recommended for skin that tends to lack moisture and radiance and is significantly dry overall. Non-comedogenic and allergy tested. *This does not guarantee that all skin types will not develop acne or allergies. How to use
Use on skin after washing your face in the morning and evening. Hold the nozzle of the dispenser close to a cotton pad, pump three times, and gently apply the product to your entire face. Finally, wrap your palms around your entire face to blend it in. (How to set up the dispenser) Place the bottle on a flat surface, gently hold the bottom of the container, and remove the bottle cap. Slowly insert the dispenser into the bottle to prevent the contents from spilling, and close it tightly before use. From the second bottle onwards, unscrew the dispenser from the used bottle and remove it. As above, slowly insert the dispenser into the bottle, close it, and use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I tend to use a lotion that is too drizzly, so it didn't suit me. I usually don't choose thick liquids because they stay on the surface but don't seem to penetrate deep into the skin. I had high hopes for IPSA's lotion because it's popular, but unfortunately...
It came as a sample! I've only used it once, but it feels great! I'll continue using it and if I like it, I'll consider purchasing the full product.
