This is a dispenser that can be set on IPSA ME n.

How to use
Use on skin after washing your face in the morning and evening. Hold the nozzle of the dispenser close to a cotton pad, pump three times, and gently apply the amount to your entire face. Finally, wrap your palms around your entire face to blend in. (How to set up the dispenser) Place the bottle on a flat surface, gently hold the black frame (see illustration), and remove the bottle cap. Slowly insert the dispenser into the bottle to prevent the contents from spilling, and close it tightly before use. From the second bottle onwards, unscrew the dispenser from the used bottle to remove it. As above, slowly insert the dispenser into the bottle, close it, and use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received this as a gift set with lotion. Thank you. It's a simple and easy-to-use dispenser, and the shape and texture of the material feel comfortable in your hand. I always leave the lid off and don't use it. It seems like it would get dirty with continued use, so I wondered if I'd actually need to replace it after changing the refill a few times... but it seems like it will last a long time.
