What it is
To protect skin that is constantly exposed to dryness, it's important not only to provide moisture, but also to lock in that moisture and prevent it from escaping. This rich, thick balm, formulated with five types of human ceramides*1, three types of vitamins*2, as well as natural moisturizing factors (NMF)*3 and hyaluronic acid*4, melts at body temperature and transforms into a moisture barrier on the skin. It gently envelops the skin while replenishing it with plenty of moisture, protecting it from dryness. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It naturally seals in moisture and prevents dryness. It also reduces oil production and shrinks pores. I've been using Etvos toner and serum for many years, but the updated ingredients caused irritation. This cream remains effective even on dry and sensitive skin. For those who don't like retinol, I also recommend it for treating fine lines under the eyes.
