Hold the brush handle between your index and middle fingers and wrap it in your palm. 1) As a hairbrush, brush before shampooing. Brushing before shampooing removes tangles and improves shampoo effectiveness! Tangle-free, smooth hair requires less shampoo to lather. (Individual results may vary.) When combing wet or tangled hair: Hold a small section of hair and comb from the ends, gradually working your way down to the roots. Gently comb in one direction. Do not comb in the opposite direction. Wet hair tangles easily, so comb gently. When combing dry hair: Comb from the roots to the ends. 2) As a shampoo brush, wash your hair. Apply the treatment to your entire hair, quickly work it in with your fingers, and then brush to distribute the treatment throughout your entire hair. *Start by combing the ends of your hair, and once you can easily brush the ends of your hair, gradually move towards the roots.
