Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent was great and it was easy to use! I like the smooth finish, so I liked that it left my skin feeling smooth without feeling heavy after use.

I used the trial sample of Chantri for two days. As it is described as a "straightening shampoo" and "for thin hair," it left my hair feeling smooth and smooth after washing. What's more, it somehow made my hair bouncy! It left my hair with a light finish that gave it a slightly rounded shape on the top of my head! The ends of my hair were also moisturized and smooth, which was great! However, I personally can't stand the scent... Chantri's scent itself is a faint floral scent, and it's practically fragrance-free. Maybe it's because it doesn't suit me (?)... I wonder why.
