Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used the sample and liked it so much that I bought the full product. I especially recommend this for people with thick hair! It makes wavy hair smooth and silky. When I used it for the first time, I was surprised at how smooth it was to run my fingers through. The foam and elegant scent were both excellent.
It suits my hair type, doesn't dry it out, and leaves my hair smooth all the way to the ends. It also has a nice scent, so I've bought it twice now.

It was good
I feel like my hair is in better condition when I alternate between the two shampoos, so I bought a second one. It definitely leaves my hair feeling more moisturized than my usual Essential shampoo. I use only this shampoo series, and combine it with a treatment from another brand I have at home, but I could feel a difference even with just the shampoo. However, the price is a little high, so I'm not sure if I'll buy it again.
