Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

In conclusion, I don't think I need this. It certainly does a decent job of straightening my hair. I also like the unique, refreshing scent of green apples. However, it sells out quickly even when it's in stock, so it's hard to find. I waited on it for a restock and finally got it about a month later. My hair isn't particularly curly, but it's quite thick and tends to get wavy during the rainy season. Since it's a hard-to-find product, I wanted to take good care of it. I used the same ReFa Milk Protein After-Bath Treatment as a substitute, and honestly, there wasn't much difference. Of course, the Straight Lock is slightly more effective at straightening my hair, but considering its availability and price, I think the Milk Protein, which is inexpensive and available at places like Plaza, would be fine for everyday use. It has a cap, making it easy to carry around, so I take it with me when I travel. It's great for keeping my hair neat even in places like inns and hotels where the quality of a hair dryer isn't guaranteed.
Just apply it to dry hair and dry it with a hair dryer to make it slightly straight. It is especially effective on bangs. It saves time.
I have straight hair, but I noticed some slight waves in my hair, so I tried using ReFa Straight Lock. It smells great, and when I applied it to the waves and dried it with a hair dryer, it became straight. It's definitely worth trying.
