What it is
The moment you apply it, your hands will be moisturized, brightened, and beautiful. This medicated whitening hand cream has a light-diffusing makeup effect (hand beauty effect), covering dullness and leaving your hands bright from the moment you apply it. It coats your hands with a veil of moisturizing ingredients, leaving them hydrated all the way to your fingertips. Contains the active whitening ingredient "4MSK" (potassium 4-methoxysalicylate). It has a gentle, floral aroma. *Whitening refers to the suppression of melanin production and the prevention of dark spots and freckles. (Quasi-drug)

How to use
Take an appropriate amount and rub it from the back of your hand towards your fingertips. (Precautions for use) . Be careful not to get it in your eyes, and if it does get in your eyes, rinse immediately. Do not use on your face. After use, wipe the opening of the container clean and be sure to close the cap tightly. Keep out of reach of infants and young children. Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the powder this year and loved it, and I was also curious about the hand cream, so I bought it! The scent is great, it spreads easily, and it's not sticky. I work at a desk, but I can use it without any issues!

As I get older, I've started to notice small spots on the backs of my hands, so I searched for a hand cream that would help with that and found this one. I've used Ultimune, Curel, and Neal's Yard hand creams in the past, and I like this one because it's moisturizing but not sticky. However, I haven't seen any noticeable results with regards to the spots yet, and I don't really like the scent, so that's a bit disappointing... Still, if it does improve the spots even a little, I might buy it again...
The slim tube makes it perfect for carrying around. It's not as moisturizing as it should be in the middle of winter, but it's enough for other times of the year. I'm grateful that it contains 4 MSK.
The packaging is so cute! It gets me excited just thinking about applying it. And what's even more appealing is that it contains medicinal and whitening ingredients. It's moisturizing but not sticky. The scent isn't too strong, so I'd like to keep it on my desk at work and enjoy the soothing scent.
