How to use
Use after preparing your skin with lotion. If using in the palm of your hand, pump the amount approximately once. If using cotton, pump the amount approximately twice, and gently massage into your skin. If using Infinity the Repair Serum, use this product after that. Due to its special mechanism, if air gets inside the container, the contents may not come out. Do not turn the pump to loosen or remove it until you have finished using it. If you remove the pump during use or if air gets out, re-tighten the pump and press it again until the contents come out. The contents may not come out easily at low temperatures. Allow to return to room temperature before use. After use, close the cap tightly. Do not store in high or low temperature locations or in direct sunlight.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
